Order Returns & Cancellations


Return Policy

www.fragrancehouse.com is committed to full customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your shipment, please contact us by phone at 877-271-1002 or e-mail at customerservice@fragrancehouse.com to obtain an RMA number before returning the merchandise. Return requests must be made within 10 days of receiving the merchandise.

Returned merchandise must be unopened and in its original packaging and condition. You will receive a full refund less shipping and gift wrapping charges. If your order was over $89 in which qualified for free shipping, you will be charged for the minimum shipping charge of $4.89 plus $1.89 for each additional item and gift wrapping charges (if any).

We charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original packaging and condition. Partially used or opened merchandise is not accepted.

Please note that all undeliverable or refused orders will still be charged the minimum shipping charge of $4.89 and $1.89 for each additional item and gift wrapping charges (if any). We will only refund shipping charges if the error was due to a mistake we made; this includes damage or short shipments. If in the event you have experienced one of the said issues please contact our customer service department immediately by phone or e-mail.

All refunds are processed within 5 days. Depending on your credit card billing cycle, your refund may not reflect immediately. If your payment was made by check or money order, your refund will be in the form of a check.

Out of stock

When an item you order is out of stock, you will be notified immediately and we will advise you as to when the merchandise will become available, and/or advise you of similar items so you can make your new selection.

When your order is of multiple items, we will ship items that we have in stock so that we do not delay your order. At the same time, we will advise you of when your other items will become available. We will still honor your “free shipping” charge if your order was qualified. And we will also honor your original “free gift” selection.

Exchange

We welcome any exchange of merchandise that you purchased and received within 10 days, provided that the merchandise is unopened and is in its original packaging and condition. The original shipping charges and gift wrapping charges will not be credited. You must contact us first to obtain an RMA number before proceeding to ship the merchandise back for exchange.

Cancellation

You may request a cancellation of your order by phone or email. However, we will not be able to cancel an order once it is shipped. If you cancel an order once it is shipped, you can do so by just refusing the package. You will be charged the minimum shipping charge of $4.89 for the merchandise plus $1.89 per additional item on your order and gift wrapping charges (if any). Please allow 5 business days for us to process your refund.
